He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzel Rose and Connie Moeller. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Rose; his brother Robert Rose; his stepchildren, Jim Perkins, Jeannie Midcap, Christina Perkins, Patrick Perkins and Don Perkins; and his grandchildren, Shawn Bruner, Jamie Circle, Kendra Midcap, Brandon Class, Derek Perkins and Cameron Perkins. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
