He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxine Wiggins and George S. Wiggins; and his wife JoAnn Wiggins (Feugate). He is survived by: his children, Todd A. Wiggins (Miranda Findley) of Wichita and Terri Dugnolle (Chuck) of Derby, KS; and his sister Joan Goodnight of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
