He is survived by: his wife Susanne Howard (Osner); his children, Kristi Hickey (Chuck), Kyle Howard (Jessica), Ken Howard (Sarah) and Kendra Stang (Rick); and his siblings, Jim Howard and Faye Bollen. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
