He was predeceased by: his parents, William Willard and Mary Evelyn Meagher (Williams). He is survived by: his son Matthew Meagher (Alex) of Lyons, KS; his siblings, Kent Meagher (Joanne) of Flagstaff, AZ, Dawn Meagher of Yucaipa, CA and Michelle Meagher of Calimesa, CA; and his grandchildren, Astrid and Maeve Meagher.

Memorials may be given to Sandstone Heights Nursing Home (for the activity fund) in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
