She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Huddle and Lester Huddle; her husband Marvin Neptune; and her sister Violet Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Arnold (Larry) of Hutchinson, KS and Christina Barnett (Eric) of Ocala, FL; her grandchildren, Greg Weis, Tiffany Weis and Amy Barnett; and her sister Margaret Quinn (Rex) of California. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
