She is survived by: her sons, Mark Van Horn (Diana), Alan Van Horn (Beverly) and Jeff Van Horn (Cindy); her stepdaughters, Kim Decker (Les) and Kristin Minor (Doug); and her sister Donna Brigman. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
