She was predeceased by: her mother Joann Booth (Montgomery). She is survived by: her husband Timothy Culver; her children, Jeremy Culver (Amanda) and Chassidy Culver (Chris Bashline); her sisters, Linda Blackwood, Carol Logan, Judy Markwell and Sue Johnson; her grandchildren, Haley Jeter (John), Heather Culver, Tyler Culver, Candice Burdick (Tommy), Preston Burdick (Victoria) and Cody Burdick (Shaylene); and her great grandchildren, Temperance, Tennsleigh, Teegan, Atreus, Alexia, Bentley, Kyden, Faith, Aiden and Asher.
