It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret E. Shetlar in Wichita, Kansas, born in Santa Clara, California, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Hammond); her brother James Smith; and her husband Dr. Martin Shetlar. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Kittrell (Benjamin); and her granddaughter Abigail of Wichita. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial has been established with the Marin Humane Society.
