She was predeceased by: her parents, John Maxwell Elliott and Hattie Belle Kilgore; her husband James McIntosh, Jr.; her son J. Michael McIntosh; and her brothers, Charles Wesley and Robert Maxwell Elliott.

She is survived by: her children, John McIntosh and Mauritza Green; and her grandchildren, Jarrod Marc, Jennifer Ann, Brandon Blaine, Kevin Dwayne, Marcia Ellen, Melissa Alyse, Ryan Matthew and Jamie Leigh. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
