She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Bolen; and her parents, Leroy Crook and Audrey Crook. She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Rhonda), Deborah and Michelle (Carl); her grandchildren, Seth (Naomi), Joshua (Tricia), Cassie (Ryan), Brooke, Brianna and Tyler; and her great grandchildren, Evangeline, Robin, Desmond, Anika, Clark, Jenson and Simon. She is also survived by 3 brothers and 7 sisters.
