Marilyn Jean Petroff Obituary

Marilyn J. Petroff, 85, died in St Joseph Hospital in Wichita, KS. She was born September 22, 1936, in Terre Haute IN to Joseph Petroff and Julia (Pruett) Petroff. She worked in Civil Service, and was a member of Central Community Church. She was an avid reader. She enjoyed playing family fun card/board games and doing plastic canvas, especially making the crosses that she called “Cross in my Pocket”, watching the Indianapolis 500, basketball, and baseball.
She was preceded in death by her 2 sons, Christopher Wenzel of KS, and Michael Wenzel of TX.
Survivors include Debi Pugh of KS, Susan Wenzel of MA, Becki Watson of KS, Lori Whitley of FL, and daughter-in-law Theresa Wenzel of TX. Thirteen grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and many cousins.
