In the vast expanse of eternity, Mario shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mario farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leobardo Rivera and Irene Rivera; his children, Martha Triana (Rene), Mario Rivera Jr. and Oswald Rivera; and his grandchildren, Veronica, Xavier, Marco Triana, Ali Rivera, Ledger Shea and Israel Rivera.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cochran Mortuary & Crematory (1411 N Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67214). A rosary was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (1640 N Maize Rd, Wichita, KS 67212).
