She was predeceased by: her parents, Costa D. Morrow and Gladys Millar Morrow; her husband William Ottis Stephens (Bill); and her siblings, Dr. Philip Morrow (Elizabeth) and Louise Lang (Garland Lang).
She is survived by: her sons, William O. Stephens Jr. (Chris) of Valley Center, KS, Philip "Phil" A. Stephens (Lisa) of Wichita, KS and Paul K. Stephens of Medicine Lodge, KS; and her grandchildren, Lauren M. Lagaly (Tyler) of Lawrence, KS and Alec W. Stephens of Sonoma, CA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
