She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Phillips and Betty Jane Phillips (Burgess); her siblings, Robert Phillips and Shirley McClure; her great grandchild Knox Dutton; and her former husband James Hubert Wall.
She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Vaughn; her children, Rebecca Tucker, James Wall (Delina), LaVeda Montgomery (Kent), Debra Campbell (Richard), Vicki Jones (Ivan) and Nancy Swaak (LeRoy); and her sister Margaret McBrayer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
