He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Allen Bishop (Joyce) of Leavenworth, KS and Leah Lynn Schrock Bishop; his sister Sherri Bishop of Apple Creek, Ohio; his son Levi-Matthew Bishop; Cole Emery. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
