He is survived by: his parents, Robert and Monica; his sister Sarah Chavez (Jerraldo); his grandmother Patricia Boughton; his aunt Stephanie Werner (Kevin); his cousins, Alysa Androes (Mark) and Megan Fletcher (Alex); and his uncles, Michael Boughton, Dan Allen (Therese) and Steve Allen (Becky).
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church (600 N Greenwich Rd, Wichita, KS 67206).
