She is survived by: her husband Leland Bailey; her daughter Mona Bailey; her close friend Fred Prey; her siblings, Maureen Bilbery, Bonnie Flowers, Lela Tuggle, Jim T. Runsick, Jay D. Runsick and Otis Runsick; her daughter Rebecca "Becky" R. Bailey; her granddaughter Margo Dunagan; and her great grandchildren, Layla Bouhouch, Norah Bouhouch and Mariam Bouhouch.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broadway Mortuary (1147 S Broadway, Wichita, KS 67211). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Kechi Township Cemetery (6459 N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67219).

For many years, Maudene lived with Alzheimer's disease.
