He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Barker and Maxine Peterson (Wilkerson); his son Regan Barker; and his sister Jacy Laughton. He is survived by : his wife Patricia Barker of Wichita, KS; his children, Tonya Horner (Neil) of Wichita, KS and Tony Barker (Laura) of Fort Worth, TX; and his siblings, Tressie Trogdon (Randy) of Costa Rica and Bert Barker (Trish) of Marble Falls, TX. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home (6100 E Central Ave #203, Wichita, KS 67208). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
