She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John, Lottie Kuchinskas, Sam and Alma Gegen; and her niece Haley Thurman.
She is survived by: her husband Dan Luke; her daughter Eva Luke; her parents, George Kuchinskas and Deb Kuchinskas; her siblings, Brandon Kuchinskas (Samantha), Alex Kuchinskas (Hyeonhee) and Jenny Thurman (Travis); and her nieces, Lana and Leah Thurman. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic School and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 645 North 119th Street West, Wichita, Kansas, 67235.
