With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merrick Kalen Hedlund of Wichita, Kansas, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on February 10, 2024 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hugh, Eugenia Scott and Lloyd Hedlund. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Hedlund and Georgia Hedlund (Scott) of Wichita; and his siblings, Miranda Hayes of Virginia Beach, VA, Keaghan Hedlund of Springfield, MO, Keleigh Hedlund of Wichita, Koulter Hedlund of Fort Liberty, NC and Kiernan Hedlund of Wichita.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or CURE International in his name.
