He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Ballinger and Alfreda Weber Ballinger; and his sister Dian Wright. He is survived by: his siblings, Leon Ballinger (Wanda), Paula Rau (Darrell), Joan Niemeyer (Gilbert) and Alan Ballinger (Elizabeth).
