We announce the death of Michael G. Goebel (Wichita, Kansas), who passed away on July 23, 2026, at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Goebel and Mathilda Goebel; his siblings, Betty, William Goebel and Mary Ann Cravens; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Goebel and Rosalie Goebel.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Brummel; his children, Michele Vecchia (Skip), Kathleen Robben (Paul), Patrick Goebel (Paulette), Victoria Callen (Tom) and Jessica Kivett (Ryan); his brother Robert Goebel; his grandchildren, Alexandra Burns (Vincent), Emily Tibor (Zander), Anthony Vecchia, Amanda Burnett (Chris), Nicole Callanan (Chris), Jaidyn Shearon (John), Neil Goebel, Evan Goebel, Rebecca Callen, Sarah Callen, Caleb Kivett, Michaela Kivett, Isaac Kivett and Milo Kivett; his great grandchildren, James Burns, Mila Burns, Holly Tibor, Oliver Gibson, Violet Rogers and Veronica Shearon; Zoe.
