He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Lou Bales and Eugene Owen Hughes; his brother Randy Hughes; and his wife Deana Hughes. He is survived by: his daughters, Joley Riley (Shawn) of Wichita and Mollie Salzbrenner (Lane) of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Logan, Harry and Simon.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Smith Family Mortuary (1415 N Rock Rd, Derby, KS 67037).
