With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Prue of Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on November 20, 2025 at the age of 53. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Prue to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father Norman Prue; his mother-in-law Madonna Buresh; his brother-in-law Todd Buresh; and his nephew Tyler Loomis. He is survived by: his mother Kathy-Ann Prue (Clark) of Bel Aire; his wife Wendy Prue (Buresh); his children, Gabby Schrader (Patrick) of Topeka and Nicholas Prue of Pensacola, FL; and his brothers, Norman Prue, Jr. of Ramstein, Joseph Prue (Stephanie) of Colorado Springs, CO and Thomas Prue (Sarah) of Derby. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Therefore, in lieu of flowers, Mike humbly asks that donations be made to the Sunlight Children's Services Capital Campaign in order to help build a central campus to provide resources and facilities that support and protect abused and neglected children and their families.
