He is survived by : his wife Laura Church; his parents, Michael Church (Jackie) and Ruth Towne (Tim); his siblings, Jami Bohling (Steven), Tasha Cooley, Jennifer Phister and Matthew Lekawa; his parents-in-law, Rick Brotherton (Jeanie) and Diane Alley (Brit); his sister-in-law Neely Bordegon (Kevin); and his son Kendric Edward Church. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
