He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Kuykendall; his grandparents, Clarence, Roberta Kuykendall and Leroy Ross; his aunt Marsha West; and his son Luke.
He is survived by: his father Harry Ross; his uncle Kirk Kuykendall (Rita); his aunts, Nicie Snyder, Janet Umscheid, Linda Ross and Mary Johnston; and his sister Angela Lollar. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
