She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Link and Marguerite Link; her husband Larry Milsap; her granddaughter Morgan Milsap; her siblings, Donald Link, Leon Link, Arlene Dahl and Melvin Link; and her half-sister Marcella Melcher.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Milsap (Teolinda), Lance Milsap (Stacey), Terri Buchanan (Tom) and Tricia Hare (Daniel); her grandchildren, Lauren Quintana (Nate), Dominique Milsap, Caroline Haines (Wes), Joe Milsap, Cory Milsap, William Hare, Brynn Hare, Brecken Hare, Ryan Milsap and Gabrielle Milsap; her great grandchildren, Jack Quintana, Elsie Haines, Annie Quintana, Hattie Jo Haines and Lucy Quintana; and her siblings, Eddy Link, Patty Lewis and Elaine Bynum (Tim).
