She is survived by: her children, Megan Cook and Mica Cook; her grandchildren, Christian Cook, Taylor Cook, Isabel Cook-Detar, Roman Andreas and Kaleb Cook; and her sister Mary Anne Scott. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other extended family.
