She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Lewis and Frieda Lewis; her son Owen Wesley Ballinger; her brother Robert Lewis; her brother-in-law Richard Ballinger; and her in-laws, Owen and Verneita Ballinger.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Ballinger; her children, Brian Ballinger (Angela) and Kristen Farha (Geremy); her sister Carol Lewis; her grandchildren, Lauryn Farha, Sydney Farha, Kyndal Farha and Grant Ballinger; and her siblings-in-law, Detha Kemp and Jim Kemp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
