She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert George and Dorothy May Johnston; her former husband Arthur Cox; her husband William "Stoney" Luther Stone; her sons, Donald Cox and William "Bill" Stone; and her siblings, Freddy Johnston, Bobby Johnston and Mary Sue Godwin.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Cox, David Cox, Gary Cox, Kathryn Cox, Tammy Helton, Johnnie Cox (Celia), Ricky Cox, Raymond Cox, Theresa Stone and LuDonna Stone. She is also survived by 33 Grandchildren; 36 Great-Grandchildren.
