He is survived by: his wife Verna J. Houston; his children, Tawana Ragsdale, Twila Bullock, Carla Edwards, Chris Houston and Regina Houston; and his siblings, Will Jackson, Pearl Jackson, Roberta Higgs, Earnestine Jackson, Tommy Jackson and Essix Jackson Jr.. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren, 40 Great-Grandchildren 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
