He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Lewis; his parents, William Lewis and Mattie Lewis; his siblings, Grover Lewis of Sylvia Walls, L. D, Louis Lewis, Lon Lewis and Imogene McLaughlin; and his wife Betty Tolman Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Lewis (Dartha) of Valley Center, Neal Lewis (Kristi) of Shawnee, Sherri Eastman (Chip) of Topeka, Connie Henry (Steve) of Haysville and Ronnie Lewis (Christy) of Haysville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
