She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Sr. Brown and Almeda Brown; her former husband Emmitt Morgan; and her siblings, James, Lincoln, Richard, Johnnie Jr., Mattie, Rebecca, Flossie, Sally and Mennie Ruth.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Morgan, Dexter Morgan, Donald Morgan, Bruce Morgan, Julie Hutchins and Barbara; and her grandchildren, Barness (Tabitha), Aljear, Charlesa, Donnel, Tamara (Greg), Issac, Teannell (Justin), Sarah, Grecori, Cameo, Ebony and Bruce II. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
