He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flatt and Juanita Flatt. He is survived by: his wife Kay Heizer; his son William; his daughter-in-law Bonni Flatt; his half-siblings, Kenneth Brosh, Dennis Brosh and Marilyn Sedoris; his grandchildren, Natalie and Jurnie; his stepgrandchildren, Hannah, Elizabeth, Faith, Thomas and Nathaniel; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Grace, Blossom and Alexander.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Broadway Mortuary (1147 S Broadway, Wichita, KS 67211). An entombment will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (12100 E 13th St N, Wichita, KS 67206).
