We are sad to announce that, on April 27, 2025, at the age of 83, Penelope Kay Bartlett (Wichita, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Penelope Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Penelope Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Hoss and Virginia Hoss; and her grandmother Hattie Kaufman. She is survived by: her daughters, Tracy Slade and Ginger Hill; her grandsons, Jimi and Lucas; her children, Paisley, Hudson and Holden; and her siblings, Terry (Melba) and Candy (Phil).
