She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Clark and Phyllis Clark (McCarthy); her husband Ed; her siblings, Sister Maura, Tom, Dan, Chuck, Paul, John and Theresa; her son John; and her great grandchild Viviana.
She is survived by: her sister Carol Jeffs; and her children, Dr. Thomas Berry (Janet), Lisa Berry, Lora Kopper (William) and Susan Sponsel (Theodore). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
