He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanie Heriford Siroky; his parents, Jack Siroky and Margorie Herwig; and his sister-in-law Peggy Siroky. He is survived by: his brothers, Jan Siroky (Diane) and Barry "Bump" Siroky; his children, Eric Glenn Siroky, Jennifer Megan Schepis (Joel Schepis) and Christopher Ryan Siroky (Jenny Carduff-Siroky); his stepchildren, Heather Heriford and Nathan Heriford (Rachael); his family, Don and Dee Lightenberger; Kerry and Bruce. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Wichita Junior Golf.
