He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Trena Lopez (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Rachel Allen, Lauren Breese (Joel), Lindsay Lopez (Ryan Tarletsky), Tyler Lopez (Megan) and Tanner Lopez (McKenna); his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Deanna Smith, Paxten, Dawsen, Aubree, Allison, Madilyn Lopez, Tatum, Landon Tarletsky and Kaida Berg; and his siblings, Danny Chipman (CJ) and Billie Elliott (Rodney).
A rosary was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (132 S Millwood Ave, Wichita, KS 67213). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (1640 N Maize Rd, Wichita, KS 67212).
