It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duane Harris of Wichita, Kansas, born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Ned Harris and Wanda Harris (White); his siblings, Rusty Harris and Shirley O'Neill-Candillo; and his son Daniel Winkler.
He is survived by : his wife Carol Lindsey Harris; his children, Jane Piel (Tim) of Newton, KS, Walter Harris of W. Reading, PA and Maggie Hartmann (Tom) of Cresco, PA; his stepchildren, Amy Faust (Shawn) of Westminster, CO and Josh Lindsey (Amber) of Wichita, KS; and his sister Sandra "Sandy" of Manhattan, KS. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, and 2 step great-grand children.
