It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard John Eikelboom of Wichita, Kansas, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eikelboom and Sandra Eikelboom (Sterling); and his brother Jeffery. He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Lynn Ludwig; his wife Becky; his son Rodney (Alisha); his grandchildren, Austin, Abby and Addasyn; his children, John Johnson and Danielle Verwers (Dustin); his grandchildren, Carter, Jonas, Eliana, Felicity and Olivia; and his siblings, Cynthia, Paul and Pamela Eikelboom.
