He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Emma Loibl and Fred Loibl; his wife Lavaughn; his children, Richard Loibl Jr. (Karen), Mark Loibl (Gina) and Christina Sinfellow (John); his grandchildren, Lindy Stephan (Tyler), Landon Loibl (Betsy), Brogan Loibl (Kaley), Aaron Loibl, Maggie Loibl, Anna Loibl and Jonathan Sinfellow (Angela); his great grandchildren, Addilyn Stephan, Carter Stephan, Reesa Sinfellow and Gianna Sinfellow; and his daughter Linda Sue Loibl.
