He was predeceased by: his parents, John H Terhune and Mildred D Terhune; and his brothers, Jack and David Terhune. He is survived by: his wife Carol L Terhune (Goertz); and his sisters, Milly Kay (Bill) and Connie (Pete).
In accordance with his giving spirit, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, a cause close to Dick's heart, reflecting his unwavering support for fellow veterans.
