He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Holden (Dale); his aunt Lyne Thomas; his cousin Lane Thomas; his sister-in-law Connie Cain; and his grandfathers, Lawrence Holden (Mary) and Wayne Dale (Anita).
He is survived by: his father Larry Holden (Sharon) of Emporia, KS; his spouse Stacey; his siblings, Tammy Watkins (Don) of Disney, OK and David Holden of Topeka, KS; his children, Justin Howard (Laura) of Wichita, John Arndt of El Dorado, KS and Meaghan Holden (Josh) of Towanda; and his grandchildren, Kaitlynne, Ashlyne Holden of Towanda, KS and Dean Johnson.
