He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lee and Katherine Brodhage Lee Duncan; his siblings, Sharon Rice and Kenneth Lee; and his sister-in-law Tammy Duncan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Lee (Bessie) of Wichita and Michael Duncan (Tracie) of Derby; and his sister-in-law Peggy Lee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Affinity All Faiths Mortuary (2850 S Seneca St, Wichita, KS 67217). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (1806 N Oliver St, Wichita, KS 67208).
