He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Foley and Ione Foley; his brother Daniel E. Foley; his brother-in-law David Vink; and his daughter Kimberely S. Foley-Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Foley (Hibbs); his sister Margaret Vink (Foley); his children, Shawn Foley (Stacey) and Stacia Foley; his grandchildren, Lauren Butler (James), Hope Abbott (Cory), Alex Foley (Abby), Chase, Kyler, Beckett Foley, Molly, Trinity and Marissa Watson; and his great grandchildren, Lennon, Parker, Lorelei and Brantley.
