She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Stephey and Barbara Stephey; and her siblings, Richard "Rick" Stephey and Cherie Donaldson. She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Tom" J. Carmichael of Wichita, KS; her sons, Alex Taylor Carmichael (Megan) and Adam McCabe Carmichael; her sisters, Diana Notttingham (Mike) and Sandy Morgan; and her grandchildren, Olivia Moser and Braden Carmichael. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
