He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Guy and Carolyn. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Kip, Meg (Scott), Kelly, Kim (Shelly) and Kerry (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Shailey, Reegan, Connor, Andrew, Ashley of Abby, J. R., Noelle and Hayley; and his siblings, Doug (Betty), Von (Lois), Sue and Rod (Mary). He is also survived by four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
