He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Roger Stevens and Myrtle Irene Stevens; his wife Mildred Lorraine Stevens of Valentine's Day; and his daughter Melissa Ann Stevens. He is survived by: his son David Stevens (Karen) of Wichita; and his sisters-in-law, Kay and Shirley Cullop of Wichita. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
