He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cox and Neva Fenwick (Cox); his wife Shirley Rose Cox; his brothers, Larry Cox, Don Cox and Gail Cox; and his sister-in-law Judy Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Parr (Keith) of Arkansas City, KS and Christopher Cox of Wichita; his siblings, Henry Cox and Raelene Wedel (Larry) of Hutchinson, KS; his grandchildren, Alexandria Raga (Manuel), Braden Snider, Jakob, Noah and Karson Parr; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Enzo Raga. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
