He is survived by: his mother Pearl Sparks; his siblings, Patti Kulpinski, Pam Bouse and Curtis Blacketer; his siblings' children, Jill Martinez, Amanda Montez, Ben Kulpinski and Erik Bouse; and his friend Thurs. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
